For more than forty years, the Wickham Financial & Insurance Services companies have been a part of the Marietta Business Community serving the financial needs of thousands of individuals, families and business owners in the Cobb County and greater Atlanta area.
Forged by his parents before him, President and CEO, Graham S. Wickham,
continues the proud tradition of serving others through the use of affordable
insurance products and has expanded the family of companies to include financial planning products and strategies to address broader financial needs.
The Wickham Family’s abiding approach to business and life is demonstrated in the following business philosophy: Seek to understand, then to be understood.
As an investment advisor representative and insurance agent, Graham is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their personal goals and objectives. Graham says, “My team and I listen to our clients. We first have to truly understand what matters to them so we can work towards creating comprehensive plans that focus on their financial goals. We take a total approach to our
services and focus on helping our clients solve financial challenges, not on pushing products.”
Graham and his skilled team of insurance and financial professionals work hard to develop trust and focus on helping clients understand that their goals are obtainable. “Many clients feel that in order to achieve goals, there is this complicated web of strategies. We help break things down into their simplest form, explaining complex financial matters in an easy-to-understand way.”
Graham earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Western Carolina University. An accomplished speaker, Graham regularly presents public literacy workshops on retirement planning, investment planning and risk management strategies. Notably, Atlanta Magazine has recognized Graham as a “Top Five Star Wealth Manager” every year since 2009. Graham is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Marietta and the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce where he participates in the CEO Round Table and is a Partner in Education.
Graham and his wife live with their son in Smyrna where he spends as much of his free time as possible outdoors. He enjoys kayaking, biking, paddle boarding, running, hiking, camping and adventure racing.
Operations Manager/Commercial Customer Support
Siley has been going the extra mile to help clients for nearly a decade. She’s invaluable in helping our clients promptly address their questions and make them feel valued. “I believe in being proactive. That allows me to anticipate problematic situations and create a plan to avoid them,” states Siley. She works primarily with all types of businesses and leads a highly skilled team of professionals who all work together to support the Wickham Financial and Insurance Services clients. She also utilizes her Spanish-speaking skills to serve as an important resource to our Hispanic client community. When she’s not helping her clients, she enjoys time with her husband, Jason, and being a mom to her two teenage daughters. She is blessed to have her mother live with her family. On a personal note, she loves exploring new places while on vacation, listening to music, watching movies and taking walks. She belongs to Smyrna First United Method Church and is active in God’s Footprints, a non-profit in Nicaragua.
First impressions matter. That’s why Jeremy makes a concerted effort to ensure that your experience with the Wickham companies always leaves you feeling like you matter – because you do. “It’s ingrained in me to always treat others the way I would like to be treated. I was always taught that you only have one chance to make a good first impression,” says Jeremy. “I take that seriously both in my personal and professional life.” Going above and beyond for clients comes naturally for Jeremy from when he was managing branches for Bank of North Georgia or as the Business Development director for the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce. His willingness to listen and take quick action to solve any problems that surface make him a valuable member of our team. He specializes in client communications as well as introducing clients to the various life and health insurance options that exist today. Jeremy helps ensure that operations run smoothly and is one of the many talented professionals that provide exceptional service and support to the Wickham Financial and Insurance Services clients. He is a member of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals. Jeremy is married to his wife of fifteen years, Jana, and they have two beautiful children. They are members of Burnt Hickory Baptist Church in Powder Springs. When not spending time with family, he can be found on the golf course or hunting.
Marketing and Client Relations
They say that business is all about relationships . . . how well you build them determines how well they build your business. Stacey is passionate about people and building relationships. She says, “I truly believe that the more we know about our clients’ lives and goals, the better we can serve them.” With that in mind, Stacey is committed to nurturing relationships with existing clients while building relationships with new ones. She also manages the marketing strategies and special events for Wickham Financial & Insurance Services. She is a member of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and Marietta Business Association, and is active in the Kennesaw Business Association. Stacey lives in Smyrna with her two young sons. She’s an active volunteer at her boys’ schools, and also loves entertaining, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Michael B. Beecher

With over 21 years in the the financial services industry, as an investment advisor and insurance agent, Michael Beecher, has dedicated his entire career to helping individuals, families and business owners build their financial security and independence.
By focusing on a total approach to financial planning which involves uncovering personal objectives and addressing concerns, Michael helps clients ensure that the resources they’re accumulating and protecting are tied to meaningful goals.
“My personal goal is to be a lifetime resource for each and every client as they pursue their own goals. I want to be with clients throughout their life’s journey from the startup of their new company, a new job, or as their family grows, to helping them as they prepare to sell their company, plan for retirement income, or send children to college,” says Michael.

Michael has lived in Atlanta for over 25 years. He is married to his wife of 13 years, Beth, and they live in Cobb County. Their family includes two dogs – a Doberman named Gigi and a German Shepherd named Maddy. In his spare time, he enjoys a wide variety of activities including traveling, fishing, shooting, archery, and watching football, hockey and basketball. Musically inclined, he also plays the piano, guitar and drums.

There are some things that you can plan for in life and there are a lot that you can’t. For those instances that you can’t control, you want somebody dependable by your side – that’s Susanne. She and the rest of the highly skilled Wickham Financial and Insurance Services teams can help you get the protection you need to safeguard your family and your valuable personal assets such as your home, car, and recreational vehicles from potential threats. She also has a strong background in commercial lines of insurance and provides experienced guidance to our business relationships looking to protect their companies. That sense of protection is what fuels Susanne’s dedication to her work. She is a fully-licensed insurance agent in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida. Susanne loves being a mom to her three children and draws special strength and support from her close-knit family. She is especially close with her mother and brother with whom she enjoys working alongside of, and her sister. In her spare time she enjoys exercising, hiking and being with her children.

With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Iris specializes in all commercial lines of insurance. She works closely with business owners and individuals to help them find the most appropriate coverage to insure their assets at affordable rates. “I listen to their needs and help them uncover their various options without making them feel pressured,” states Iris. Her advice to clients: “Take the time to read your insurance policy. I’m here to help so if you don’t understand something, just ask! I want you to get the right coverage to help ensure your most valuable assets are properly insured.” She works alongside the rest of the talented and professional team of Wickham Financial and Insurance Services professionals to support their valued clients. Iris speaks fluent Spanish and is invaluable in helping us serve our Hispanic Community of clients. She has been married for 16 years and has two daughters. In her free time, she loves running local races with her friends.
Personal Lines Agent
With multiple years of experience in the insurance industry and over a decade in customer service, Carrie plays a key role in our commercial lines support, behind the scenes. Carrie uses her experience and skills to support the staff here at Wickham Financial & Insurance Services in all aspects of the agency. She is a Florida native who moved to the Atlanta area in 2015, where she began her insurance venture. In her free time, Carrie enjoys working out, doing puzzles, and going for walks with her rescue dog, Naya.
Excellent customer service is one of the hallmarks of the Wickham companies and Debbie helps lead the charge. She is an integral part of the dedicated and committed team of professionals who provide above and beyond service to the Wickham Financial and Insurance Services clients. “I always want to make sure that clients know that we are accessible and that they are responded to in a timely manner. If I don’t know the answers, I won’t stop until I get them,” says Debbie who enjoys educating clients about the coverage contained in their policies. Debbie has a passion for learning and sharing her knowledge with clients. She has two sons in Georgia and family spread across Florida and Massachusetts. After hours she can be found in her garden, reading or cooking up a new dish in her kitchen. She enjoys challenging herself to learn new things in all areas of her life.
