Graham Wickham is the president and CEO of The Wickham Agency, Inc. and the Wickham Financial Group, Inc. He has been working with clients to develop investment and insurance strategies designed to help them meet their insurance and financial goals and objectives for over 14 years. His amazing staff and team have been working together for over 14 years offering personalized service in a comfortable family atmosphere.
In addition to ensuring clients are properly covered in their personaland professional lives, Graham and his service minded staff help with a variety of financial products like stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, retirement services and more. If there is money to be saved and earned, Graham will strive to help his clients do exactly that.
Shirley has over 30 years of outstanding insurance industry knowledge and service experience with the Wickham Agency and Financial Group. A Virigina native, she’s married to Walter Graham Wickham and they have three children, and 7 grandchildren.
Dick Weaver
Personal Lines Manager
Commercial/Personal Lines Agent
Dick has over 20 years of customer service experience and is currently the Personal Lines Manager for The Wickham Agency. He is a licensed property and casualty agent for both personal and commercial insurance, in addition to being a licensed life and health agent.
Dick resides in Kennesaw with his wife and four children. This fall, he will be rooting for football teams at UGA, Georgia Tech and Jacksonville State (Alabama), as his children will be in attendance at these institutions pursuing their dreams!
Dick is involved in various community endeavors outside of the agency. He is a member of The Marietta Kiwanis Club where he has served for the past 2 years on the Scholarship Committee. He has volunteered throughout the community, including The Mountain View Arts Alliance, South Cobb Arts Alliance and The Strand Theater. He is also a member of Business Networking International where he has served as an Ambassador for the Atlanta - Northwest Region, and is a chapter-level past President and Secretary/Treasurer.
Iris Turner
Commercial/Personal Lines Agent
Iris Turner is an experienced insurance agent at The Wickham Agency, Inc., providing a broad range of services for both commercial and personal lines. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Iris speaks fluent Spanish and was a practicing attorney before coming to the United States. In 1997, she applied and was accepted to the Intensive English Studies program at Georgia Tech. Initially, Iris intended to pursue a career in International Law, but upon completion of the English Studies program, she instead took an internship with an insurance agency. It was there she developed her affinity for the insurance business and became a licensed insurance agent. Iris has been with The Wickham Agency since 2005.
Siley Vaia

Commercial/Personal Lines Support
Siley Vaia was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, where she earned a degree in Industrial Engineering. She came to the United States, in 1998, to study English as a Second Language at the Georgia Tech Language Institute. Siley joined our team in 2006, and is primarily in charge of accounting, as well as providing support to the spanish speaking population at the Agency. In 2007, Siley became a property and casualty insurance agent. Siley has been married for 10 years, and they are the proud parents of two young daughters.
James Boerman
Commerial /Personal lines Agent
Jim has been in the insurance field as an auditor for over 3 years, auditing Workers’ Comp and General Liabilities policies in the state of Georgia. His experience and education have been key to understanding what businesses do and determining if their policy accurately covers them. His introduction into auditing followed after he completed his MBA in finance. He has a Bachelors in education with over 5 years of teaching experience.
He is married and has 4 children. Raising a family has taught him that certain qualities are necessary to be successful personally and in businesses which are vision, goals, and dreams. It is his vision and goal to educate and recommend appropriate insurance products so that a person and business can make the best choices to be successful.
Karen Evans
Karen grew up in Marietta, GA and she has been living in Acworth, GA for the last six years with her husband Chad, and their two children Molly and Luke. After fourteen years of working in the insurance industry, she has a keen understanding of a wide variety of insurance products, and the ability to meet her client’s needs with the appropriate coverage. Her customer service skills are unrivaled, and her clients have come to expect a quick and appropriate response whenever the need arises. Karen is the former the owner of an Allstate Agency in Dallas, GA. While running her own agency she was able to showcase her talents and develop a book of business. Now she brings her expertise to The Wickham Agency where she will have a wider variety of products to offer at more competitive rates. Karen is very detail oriented with a dedication to making sure customers understand every aspect of their insurance products. She is the 2010 President of the Crossroads Connections BNI chapter and is currently involved in the West Cobb Business Association. She enjoys being involved in her community and volunteering. Her goals in life are to be known as a kind and giving person and she has a passion for music, art and cooking. We are glad to have her as a member of our team!!
